What’s your return policy?

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong package, please notify us of the problem through or chat with us live available 9:00-4:00 PM CST so we can best resolve the issue.

We handle returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis through either refund, store credit, or replacement. At this time, we do not accept used or opened product to be returned. 

Shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable by hōlus and we are not responsible for return labels on exchanges or returns.

International Shipping 

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Return Process

Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please include your original packing slip if possible for a smooth return process. We recommend sending your return via UPS for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. 

We will process the store credit or refund once we receive the package at our return facility. Cost of shipping is not included through refunds.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 3 – 4 business days of the product being received. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Shipping & Processing 📦 

When will my order ship?

We make it a priority to process and shop your order within a 48 hour window upon order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST, excluding holidays). For orders over $500, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Partial ships

In the rare case that we will need to do a partial ship on your order, our customer service department will reach out to you and notify you of this.

Shipping & handling carrier

We partner with UPS as our domestic shipping carrier. The shipping carrier will provide the estimated delivery date via the tracking number. Shipping times may vary from 2-6 business days (Monday through Friday) after order processing. This does not include any potential delays for inclement weather, holidays, or other situations that may affect the shipping carriers.
